To book a tour for your clients:

1. Call our Tanzanian reservation phone numbers:

   *You must enter the country code if you are not in Tanzania.
   
   Find the country code.
   
   Note- These phone numbers may change.  Check our website again for new numbers or inform us by e-mail if you are not able to use the phone to reach us.
    

2. Prior to above have ready: The date, long trip or short trip, morning or afternoon, the number of reservations and names and where you want the e-mail voucher sent (if not to your e-mail).
    

3. E-mail the above information to us to confirm the phone call.  Click here to email!
    

4. Send payment per the instructions you will get from our reservation staff.
    

5. We will send a voucher to you after the payment clears to confirm the reservations. This voucher should be brought to our ticketing office to get the ride tickets.
    

6. On the day prior to the reservation give us a phone call to confirm the time and to give us your driver’s cell phone number.
    

7. On the day of the reservation deliver the guests to the loading site ticketing office (Our Mara River Bridge site) along with your voucher 15 minutes prior to the time stated on the voucher.
